Book Club Play is a contemporary comedy by Karen Zacarías that centers on a group of friends whose long-running book club is being filmed for a documentary on reading habits. As the group begins tackling more challenging and provocative books, their discussions quickly turn personal, revealing secrets, tensions, and shifting relationships.
